New Patients

Thank you for choosing our practice for your dental needs! We are thrilled to welcome you with open arms and a friendly smile. Here, we’ll guide you through your first visit, offering valuable insights on what to expect and how to prepare.

What to Expect During Your First Visit

We will begin by thoroughly examining and carefully reviewing your treatment options. We understand that your time is precious, so we try to offer same-day treatment whenever feasible.

If your medical history or treatment plan requires additional evaluation, we may schedule a second appointment to finish on another day. We always prioritize your well-being and the success of your dental journey.

What Information Do We Need?

To make your visit as efficient as possible, we kindly request the following information during your consultation:

  • X-rays that your previous dentist has taken
  • List of medications you are currently taking
  • Existing medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, or rheumatic fever
  • Medicine like heart medications, aspirin, or anticoagulant therapy

What Should You Do Before the Appointment?

To get started on your journey to a beautiful, healthy smile, simply schedule an appointment. You can contact our office via phone or request an appointment online. Our scheduling coordinator will reach out to you to confirm your visit and assist with any queries you may have.

We also need you to fill out a new patient form to save valuable time during your visit. Simply click here to access the form, where you can provide essential information about your medical history, dental concerns, and insurance details if applicable. By completing the form in advance, you can ensure a smoother check-in process and allow us to focus on addressing your specific needs and providing personalized care.

If you have dental insurance, you must also complete the necessary paperwork beforehand and allow us to assist you in processing any claims. For patients under 18, we kindly ask that a parent or guardian accompany them to the appointment.

Ready for Your First Visit?

Your first visit to our practice is the foundation of a long-term relationship, and we want to make it a positive and enjoyable experience. Book an appointment and get ready to discover the path to optimal dental health and a radiant smile. We can't wait to meet you!
